Look no further We are currently seeking a talented individual to join one of Brisbane's most innovative and exciting sales agent models, in the role of New Business Onboarding Specialist.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the main point of contact for new businesses partnering with the business
Coordinate and oversee the onboarding process for new clients
Ensure smooth transition and provide necessary support for new clients to thrive
Assist with marketing and branding initiatives for new businesses
Troubleshoot any issues that arise and provide timely solutions
Collaborate with clients on business planning and strategy
Act as a resource for new businesses, ensuring they have what they need for success

Requirements:

Strong real estate experience, preferably with a sales or business development background
Indepth knowledge of the inner workings of a real estate business
Understanding of what makes a sales principal successful or unsuccessful
Excellent organisational and coordination skills
Strong business acumen and analytical thinking
Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with clients
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
