Local portfolio to the office all within a few kms
Leasing support and administrative support

Our client has dealt with us at Gough for many years and is one of the largest Real Estate offices in the mid West.

They have both a successful Sales and Property Management department and are seeking to fill 2 vacancies within their Property Management team.

They are also part of a well-known brand, that is known across the state of Victoria.

Depending on your experience, they are happy to have someone manage a portfolio of either 115 or 165 properties. If you are happy to manage 165 properties, they will pay you a higher base salary. You will also receive support from a leasing consultant and an administrator. Saturday work is also 1 in 4, with the following Friday as an RDO off for weekend work.
