Description
Located at our Bayswater office, the successful applicant will be customer-focused withimmaculate presentation and excellent written and verbal communication. This is a fulltime position supporting our property management and sales team.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Prepare property reports, pre and mid auction reports, Valuation Letters, Marketing Schedules & Campaign Calendars
- Manage rent reviews and lease renewals
- Prepare lease packs for new tenants
- Prepare sales packs for listing presentations and open for inspections
- Keep reception, meeting rooms and broader office clean, tidy and stocked with amenities
- General Office duties
Qualifications & Experience:
- Ability to prioritise and work to strict deadlines
- The ability to work autonomously
- Strong attention to detail
- Outgoing and supportive "can do" attitude
- Sales Administration or reception experience is a must
- Immediate Start
- Full time role (no Saturdays required)
