Your Company
You will be working closely with the Customer Engagement Manager who is a down to earth leader and extremely approachable.
This organisation offers working from home flexibility Monday - Thursday and they work together as a collective group in the office which is located Bayside on a Friday.
Your Role
Reporting into the Customer Engagement Manager, your role will involve:
- Answering calls per day (client enquiries)
- Processing insurance claims
- Working with external key stakeholders / brokers
- Working within strict regulatory framework and a compliance driven environment
- Work closely with the underwriting team in relation to administration support
- General Administration Support
Your Profile
You will come from a regulated environment or the Insurance sector and pride yourself on your high level of Customer Service and ability to provide high levels of service.
You will have high levels of attention to detail as well as an ability to be self motivated and work with autonomy.
As this environment provides such flexible working arrangements, you must be highly trustworthy to execute your work as well as a team player.
You will be trained across multiple service offerings and the hours of work are on a rotating roster between 7.30am - 7pm.
In terms of your skill set, ideally you will have experience working with claims as well as a strong skill set with the MS Office suite.
Career development is important with this organisation and as they grow their team and client base, the role will gain more responsibility and potentially in the future move into a Team Leader capacity.
