Aurora Search is proud to exclusively represent this exceptional opportunity for an Operations Manager to join this highly successful and well respected Services organisation.
Your role will be responsible for several key areas including:
- Building and running a highly efficient Operations and Marketing team which is seen as accountable, knowledgeable, caring, and purposeful.
- Strategically driving the Senior Leadership Team to consider new and innovative ways of working.
- Executing BAU and special projects on time, on budget and with precision.
- Pioneering new processes and procedures which benefit the culture and performance of the organisation.
- Taking a lead role on the numerous yearly events which contribute back to the communities they work in.
- Achieving and maintaining high data quality and strong data and reporting process standards.
- Building a strong, trust and open communicationbased relationship with the Head of Finance and Head of Legal.
To be a success, you will need:
- Previous Office Management / Operations experience, ideally within a small-medium size organisation.
- Marketing or communications skills and experience.
- People leadership skills and experience.
- The ability to think strategically and execute projects with commerciality and business acumen.
- The ability to ruthlessly prioritise.
- Willingness to cultivate an approachable and "how can I help you" attitude and environment.
