It's a good time to see what more you can find as an Associate Director in our Group Capital team within Group Treasury.

You will support the core functions of Group Treasury, drive enterprise results, maintain a strong balance sheet and appropriate risk appetite to support customers.


Key Responsibilities include:


  • Owning the capital forecasting model and providing regular forecasts.
  • Recommending capital actions to ensure capital is optimised.
  • Facilitating capital management actions (e.g. dividends, buybacks, etc.) through Board and APRA.
  • Managing capital impacts of Subsidiary capital exposures, and
  • Working closely with stakeholders across the bank to ensure optimal forecasts.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Understanding of Treasury, Market or Corporate Finance.
  • Strong level of quantitative and problemsolving skills.
  • Plans effectively and takes accountability for delivering on expectations.
  • Post graduate qualification in accounting and/or Finance, CFA, Master of Finance, CA or CPA preferred.
  • Substantial experience in either Treasury, Financial Markets or consulting and/or assurance functions relating to Treasury or Markets.
