On a day-to-day basis, you'll:

W ork alongside the with analytics, data and technology teams.
Solve complex problems and reach pragmatic solutions.
Sound understanding of Banking and Financial products.
Create analytical outcomes that can be automated/scheduled and meet challenging deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
Produce accurate work, reliable results, meet tight deadlines, and plan and prioritise workflow.

Do work that matters

As a Manager - Insights & Analytics you'll address key needs to further the value of analytics by surfacing both leading & lagging indicators in a manner that is easy to consume.

You'll work closely with our talented Analysts to deliver on our mission to help build a brighter future for our customers and communities using data.

We're interested in hearing from people who have:

Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement and presentation skills
Proven experience in delivering complex projects using SQL tools, such as Teradata and SQL Server
The ability to understand corporate frameworks and a keen eye for manipulating data
A demonstrated Insights and Analytics background
Experience working in an agile environment within the Banking sector.
Experience in automation of analytical processes
Excellent skills in Tableau, Python or Alteryx is highly regarded
