- Leading Architectural firm
The role is a full-time position based in Melbourne CBD, for a leading Architectural company.
What will you do?
- Manage reception, greet visitors, manage phone calls
- Director diary management and travel arrangements
- Overall office admin and maintenance
- Assist with proposals and presentations
- Assist with QA and office processes
To be considered for this position, you will possess the below skills and attributes:
- Experience as an Office or Personal Assistant
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Flexible and cando attitude
- Strong communications skills
