This is a newly created role to support the Shift People & Culture team make the company a better place to work.

In this role, you'll be the the go-to person for HR administration and reporting. You'll need to be systems savvy, as you'll also play an integral role improving and rolling out HR technology.


This is a great opportunity to build generalist experience and knowledge, as you'll be responding to a range of people queries in the HR inbox, creating induction plans for new starters, providing counselling on policies & procedures, managing employee engagement surveys and assisting in performance management processes.

We operate a flexible work environment with a minimum of 3 days based in our beautiful North Sydney offices.


Qualifications:


  • Business degree in HR or related field.
  • 12 months experience as HR officer, administrator or other HR position.
