The role:
Reporting to and working alongside the Senior HR Business partner and Head of Human Resources, you will working closely with the various sites to assist and support the full employee lifecycle while providing guidance to the various stakeholders within the business.
Scope to assist with current projects and provide insight / input into planned initiatives in an organisation where HR is truly valued and respected.
Selection criteria:
- Tertiary qualification
- HR or related coupled with experience in a HR generalist position
- Proven experience in supporting and managing the full employee lifecycle
- High level of communication (verbal & written) / interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of legislation and awards interpretation
- Stakeholder engagement and liaison skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to travel
