Reporting to the Director Workforce Strategy, the role forms part of a small, agile operational management team and is accountable for the end-to-end delivery of successful projects including planning, monitoring and tracking deliverables and milestones, managing budgets, risks, procurement and contractual obligations.
It also has responsibility for embedding a project methodology across the business, collaborating with key stakeholders and keeping a broad audience apprised of project progress, risk and mitigation strategies.
With a passion for genuinely making a difference to an organisation's success, your experience in leading and managing projects has ideally been gained within public sector, statutory authority or broader not-for-profit environments with a focus on research, policy or training development projects.
