Position Overview

As the Sales and Marketing Manager, you will be required to work on a full-time base to be responsible for leading and executing sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and promote our properties to local and international buyers.

Your role will involve

• Develop and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies to maximize property sales and achieve revenue targets.
• Manage salespersons following procedures the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring seamless transactions and exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Lead the sales team to conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive dynamics, and potential business opportunities.
• Create compelling marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital platforms, print media, social media, and events, to showcase our property listings and build brand awareness.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including real estate agents, property managers, and administrative staff, to streamline processes and optimize sales performance.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate professionals, and industry partners to expand our network and generate referrals.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the sales and marketing team, including training, mentoring, and performance management, to foster a culture of excellence and achievement.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), sales metrics, and market trends to assess the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives and make datadriven decisions.
• Stay informed about industry developments, regulatory requirements, and best practices in real estate sales and marketing to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
• Represent the company to participate in industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance our reputation and promote our services.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher qualification/certificates in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing management within the real estate industry.
• Strong understanding of international real estate markets and demonstrated success dealing with overseas buyers.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to drive results and motivate a team to achieve sales targets.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to analyse market trends and develop innovative sales and marketing initiatives.
• Fluency in bilingual languages will be advantageous, enabling effective communication with diverse clientele.
