As a Medical Liaison Officer, you act as the bridge between the business and healthcare professionals.

You are responsible for delivering revenue growth and promoting the services of the Pathology and Imaging businesses to a defined area of local referrers.

This is to be achieved through taking a targeted approach to the market, driving strategic marketing and sales initiatives, and managing new and existing referrers whilst communicating and collaborating with all internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding service to capture new and retain existing referrers in line with the territory plan and brand strategies
Increase revenue from existing customers and new customers
Manage financials and management reports
Referrer IT support and solutions

Skills and Experience

Current Drivers Licence is essential
Qualification in a Health Science, Business, Sales, or Medical Terminology is desirable
Demonstrated sales experience with a history of achieving sales targets, preferably in healthcare
Some knowledge in healthcare is desirable
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service to referring practitioners
Strong organisational and time management skills
Ability to work as part of a cohesive team
