Lendlease Building is searching for a Project Team Assistant to join our project team delivering Sydney Metro's Martin Place integrated station development in the heart of Sydney.


As Macquarie Group's design and construction partner, Lendlease will build a new Martin Place metro station, two new commercial buildings above the station, a retail space, new underground pedestrian connections and improvements to the public domain.

The Role


You will proactively gain an understanding of the team's priorities and commitments, to manage their diaries, organise and coordinate meetings, book travel arrangements, process expenses & purchase orders and manage other general administration.

You will be involved in the production and distribution of correspondence as well as assisting in the preparation of presentations, reports and team events.

As this is a project-based role, this position will also involve assisting the team with site administration tasks, such as processing subcontractor, consultant and supplier progress claims, project budgets and cost controls as well as invoices and monthly payments.


Requirements:


  • Administration experience is preferred however not essential
  • Autonomous, organised individual with the ability to take initiative
  • Good attention to detail and can work comfortably within a busy team environment
  • Confidently use the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Friendly and professional nature, fitting when working within this vibrant site team, and key in building relationships with stakeholders.
