6 month contract for Human Resources Coordinator or Advisor- CBD based law firm
- Full time hours, in office
The Firm
We are currently seeking a full-time HR Coordinator or Advisor to join a Melbourne-based law firm. Situated in the heart of the CBD, they are on the look out to find someone to join their team on a 6-month Contract
The Role
Working closly with the HR Manager and General Manager, your daily duties will include, but are not limited to:
- First point of contact for any staff queries, issues or grievances
- Endtoend recruitmentLearning and development
- Managing the employee lifecycle
- General HR administration
- Coordination and supervision of 2 support staff
- Relevant degree in HR or other relevant qualifications
- Previous HR generalist experience in a professional services firm or similar
- Ability to work collaboratively
- Strong communications and organisations skills
