6 month contract for Human Resources Coordinator or Advisor

  • Full time hours, in office

The Firm
We are currently seeking a full-time HR Coordinator or Advisor to join a Melbourne-based law firm. Situated in the heart of the CBD, they are on the look out to find someone to join their team on a 6-month Contract


The Role
Working closly with the HR Manager and General Manager, your daily duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • First point of contact for any staff queries, issues or grievances
  • Endtoend recruitmentLearning and development
  • Managing the employee lifecycle
  • General HR administration
  • Coordination and supervision of 2 support staff
To be successful in this role you must demonstrate the following:

  • Relevant degree in HR or other relevant qualifications
  • Previous HR generalist experience in a professional services firm or similar
  • Ability to work collaboratively
  • Strong communications and organisations skills
