Are you an experienced Operations Manager or current Regional Manager who is looking for your next career move? Our international Client is seeking a strategic thinking, people focussed Territory Manager, who will enable growth and build their expanding client base within the FMCG industries.

As a respected partner to many household brand names globally, our client is a specialists supplier within the FMCG industry helping their customers continuously improve supply chain, manufacturing and production operations.

They are a passionate team of industry professionals who value and recognise the importance of having the right individuals onboard.


The position
The Territory Manager position will play a pivotal role in business development, relationship management and strategic business planning.

You will work collaboratively with the Managing Director and Project Managers to ensure we deliver our projects to the highest industry standard.

You will oversee process improvement, maintain budgets and ensure all our staff are managed effectively.


The Territory Manager will have:


  • Having a background in Strategic or Key Account Management is essential
  • Experience in delivering a full integrated supply solution in partnership with a corporate client
  • Basic finance knowledge and understanding of company P&L
  • A solid understanding of the requirements of manufacturing operations
  • The ability to communicate clearly and confidently at all levels
  • The ability to establish and maintain a network of contacts (Stakeholder Management)
  • The ability to sell a value proposition and business concept
  • An understanding of the challenges that exist when operating in partnership with large corporate organisations
  • The ability to develop and anticipate the client's current and future needs
  • Manage and deliver detailed business reviews to the service users, cataloguing the benefits and reporting the values delivered through the partnership
  • Create and develop a strategic plan to deliver ongoing service improvement and value add to the client
  • Microsoft Office products, at a high level of competency (Excel, Power Bi), are essential. Some SAP knowledge would be beneficial but not essential.
