HRM Contracting and Consulting have a diverse range of clients and we currently have multiple Real Estate Administrator roles available.

These roles are fulltime and part-time with some weekend (Saturday) work required. We have positions located in the Central areas of the Sunshine Coast (Caloundra & Nambour).

Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Be accountable for day to day running of ad-hoc and scheduled office administration duties
  • Manage the reception area, including phones and greeting customers
  • Answer all general enquiries
  • Assist Property Managers with administration
  • Data entry & providing reports as required
  • General use of the Microsoft office suite
To be successful for this role, you must have (or be willing to obtain) Real Estate Registration Certificate. Our clients offer a team orientated, professional culture.
