Real Estate Administrator - Sunshine Coast, Australia - HRM Contracting and Consulting
Description
HRM Contracting and Consulting have a diverse range of clients and we currently have multiple Real Estate Administrator roles available.
These roles are fulltime and part-time with some weekend (Saturday) work required. We have positions located in the Central areas of the Sunshine Coast (Caloundra & Nambour).Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Be accountable for day to day running of ad-hoc and scheduled office administration duties
- Manage the reception area, including phones and greeting customers
- Answer all general enquiries
- Assist Property Managers with administration
- Data entry & providing reports as required
- General use of the Microsoft office suite
