$110k-125k package plus 5% bonus
Marketing / Insights Analyst ( SQL / Tableau / Teradata ) is required to join a household Retail Client in the heart of Sydney.
This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of something huge: designing, building and analysing targeted and high-impact campaigns.
Marketing / Insights Analyst ( SQL / Tableau / Teradata ) will be the SME in data and commercials with the product and portfolio under their management.
They will work both independently and as part of a team to provide recommendations and campaign solutions to multiple stakeholders within the business.
This is a role that will work on and help to improve the overall campaign process for a huge Loyalty programme that is integral to the company's success.
Work will include:
Pre-campaign data analysis, extraction, segmentation, campaign build, propensity models plus monitoring campaign engagement across multiple streams.
Essential and desirable skills for the
Marketing / Insights Analyst ( SQL / Tableau / Teradata ) includes:
- 1-2 years experience in either an Insights, Marketing or Campaign Analytics role within a data-driven organisation
- A solid understand / practice of SQL querying and relational databases
- Strong knowledge of BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI or Looker
- The ability to manage and prioritize multiple tacks across different stakeholders
- Excellent communication, problem solving and time management skills
- Willingness to learn, grow and achieve
- Understanding of online systems and devices such as cookies, ad serving, tags
- Experience in digital marketing with Adobe, Google Analytics etc is highly advantageous
- Knowledge of statistical modelling tools and techniques, eg segmentation, SAS, propensity models
