We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced leader for the role of
Civil and Non-Process Infrastructure (NPI)
Lead at Jacobs Resources Hub in Perth.

In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the future of the New Energy and Resources business within ANZ and globally.

Your responsibilities will include providing strategic consultancy, engineering expertise, and technical direction to drive growth strategies.


As the Civil and NPI Lead, your main focus will be supporting studies for our clients in the New Energy and Resources sector.

However, your role may also extend to downstream delivery phases.

Your appointment is essential in developing a compelling Jacobs offering that capitalises on our existing multi-disciplinary capability, creating a unique value proposition for our clients.

If any gaps are identified in our current offerings, you will play a key role in articulating and recruiting to fill those gaps.

You will lead the pursuit and delivery of key opportunities in this dynamic sector.

Collaborating closely with our commercial, project management, engineering, and design leaders, you will create and execute plans for a diverse range of projects.

Your role will involve working with a talented team of engineers, project managers, and design professionals to ensure exceptional project delivery and client satisfaction.

You will also interface with our global delivery centers, enhancing our capabilities to meet targets and achieve remarkable results.


Here's What You'll Need:


  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering, from a University with professional recognition by Engineers Australia
  • Member of Institute of Engineers Australia and Chartered Engineer Status/or actively working towards achieving within 12 months of start date
  • 15+ years professional experience in relevant industry
  • Strong knowledge of international and local engineering methods, codes, and specifications related to new energy and resources projects
  • Comprehensive understanding of planning, study, detailed design, commissioning, and project closeout processes for resources and/or new energy projects, with proficiency in current design standards.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering studies for key clients in the resources and/or new energy sector
