As our Digital Communications Coordinator, you'll be joining a high-performing team of Change and Communications professionals to support the coordination and deployment of multiple Group-wide internal HR communications and engagement campaigns.

You will be working across a variety of communications materials and channels to make a real impact.


A highly motivated professional starting out on your communications career, you'll be using your creative copywriting, and hunger for data-driven improvement to enhance the employee experience across our digital platforms and breadth of communications channels.

As Digital Communications Coordinator, you'll support the development and delivery of projects and initiatives that enable simpler, faster, and effective HR interactions, and as a Support Unit, ensuring they're in the best position to look after our customers.

The Change Communications chapter within Everyday People Services (EPS) is focused on enabling our people and leaders to make decisions that are informed by accurate, reliable and relevant insights, and able to confidently, quickly and easily take actions that reflect the behaviour we need to pursue excellence across our organisation This includes focusing on our strategic priorities, including strategic workforce planning, uplifting our people analytics through digital transformation, optimisation activities, and enabling effective, self-service HR solutions for employees, leaders and key stakeholders across the Group.

Reporting into the Change Communications chapter lead, you will work closely with, learn from and support programs across the HR function to:

  • Coordinate deployment of internal communications across our 50,000-strong workforce, proactively identifying opportunities to simplify and streamline activity for a better people experience.
  • Use analytics and feedback to monitor, measure, evaluate the effectiveness of, and report on the performance and impact of our content and new digital channels, including our HR Chatbot, WalkMe, and Digital Concierge.
  • Use insights to inform datadriven enhancements and opportunities for improvement in communication and UX.
  • Support our HR communicators to ensure that written and visual content, voice and design of HR processes, communications, and services are consistent, userfriendly, accessible, engaging and aligned with the HR brand.
  • Collaborate, build relationships, and consult with stakeholders to help them achieve their communication goals and make their content impactful, effective and consistent with the HR brand.
  • Manage content audit and uplift process in liaison with content owners

We're interested in hearing from people who have:

  • Excellent communications skills with qualifications in communications, marketing, public relations, journalism or a related field
  • A passion for improving the customer (employee) experience and designing content that is simple, clear and engaging.
  • The ability to take initiative and work independently to drive continuous improvement aligned to desired outcomes.
  • Great peopleskills, adepts at building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders including the confidence to push back and challenge to ensure we deliver the best experience for our people
  • The ability to measure and report success of activity through tracking appropriate metrics and make recommendations to content owners to improve content and conversion rates
  • Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problemsolving skills
  • A curiosity to interrogate existing processes and systems, and the confidence to ask "Should we.?" to encourage innovation and continuous improvement
