Exciting opportunity for a driven Sales professional who has a natural talent for bringing the best out of people to join a dynamic and growing organisation.

Within this role, you will be responsible for managing the output of staff across multiple kitchen show rooms as well as driving your own sales.


A fantastic opportunity for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to oversee the sales operation within an assigned territory in the Central Coast Area.

You would be responsible for the management of multiple showroom sales teams and freelance designers. You will also play a key role in developing sales strategies, meeting targets, and contributing to overall business growth.

- $65,000 - $80,000 + super + car allowance + uncapped commission (circa $40-60k+)

  • Monday to Friday work schedule and 38 hours working week

What will you be doing?

  • Manage overall sales performance of assigned territory
  • Developing sales and marketing plans to drive sales revenue
  • Sales forecast to determine financial objective and set target sales
  • Monitor performance of the team and motivating them to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Manage communications and appointments with customers to close sales
  • Submitting annual budget reports
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships and identify new potential clients
  • Monitor the satisfaction levels of customers to provide a quality service that meets or exceeds their expectations
  • Keep up to date with industry and market trends and best practices
  • 12 years' experience in a customer facing sales role / team management
  • Experience gained in Kitchen, Wardrobe or Joinery industry for similar household renovation would be advantageous
  • Ability to mentor and motivate the showroom and design sales teams
  • Must have a positive attitude and be driven towards achieving success
  • Talent for negotiation and the ability to build longterm relationships with clients
