About The Role
- Provide personalized, effective, and insightful support to customer inquiries via multiple channels
- Understand our users' varied needs and ensure they are achieving optimal success
- Empowering our customers to achieve their goals and overcome any challenges
- Collaborate with our development teams to identify, reproduce and report bugs until resolution
- Educate our customers on new and existing features, best practices, and a variety of use cases across industries. This is achieved by planning and hosting online demos, consultations, and screen shares on both a onetoone and onetomany basis
Your Experience & Skills
- 02 years' of professional experience (open to face to face customer service experience with a keen interest and ability across technical platforms)
- A strong team player who loves to collaborate to achieve optimal outcomes
- Customer centric with a dedication to fulfilling our customers' goals with empathy, perseverance and creative problemsolving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, providing clarity for customers by translating complex ideas into digestible formats.
- An enthusiastic, positive and highlymotivated individual with a great sense of humour keen to join a team who is, too.
- Ability to take initiative and switch gears quickly, adapting to a diverse set of responsibilities and supporting customers across a range of industries and geographies.
