As a key part of the ongoing growth of the business, the team are now seeking a Strategy and Transformation Manager to support the development and delivery of their performance improvement plan.


Responsibilities will include:


  • Demonstrate the ability to drive and contribute to ongoing process improvement plan.
  • Production of adhoc analysis and project work as required.
  • Understand, implement and monitor frameworks and governance.
  • Providing effective leadership and people management and coordination of project staff.

Required Experience:


  • Previous experience of working for a tier 1 or big 4 consultancy is essential; this role would suit a consultant with 7 years' experience.
  • Action oriented Consultant comfortable working in a constantly evolving environment.
  • Track record of delivering crossfunctional transformation programs is essential.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and client relationship skills.
  • Highlevel time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple pieces of work according to the importance.
  • Strong communications skills, both written and verbal, including a personable and professional phone manner and the ability to communicate with both internal staff and onsite clients.
  • Highly motivated, selfdriven with a positive attitude.
