An Award Winning FinTech, your role will be to develop & operate monitoring & alerting systems, proactively manage availability, capacity & performance.

Ensure a high level of service availability & drive improvement.


You will be an SME & this is a key contributor in the prevention, diagnosis & resolution of incidents & problems, ensuring that systems & services exceed requirements, expectations & SLA's.


Requirements:


  • Extensive experience in monitoring traditional technology stacks inc Windows OS, Linux (an advantage), IIS, SQL and standards such as SNMP.
  • Strong Familiarity with Virtualisation management tools including VMWare, VSphere & vRealize.
  • Strong knowledge of Cloud ideally AWS &/OR GCP (Google Cloud), GCE, EC2, Kubernetes, CloudWatch, Stackdriver, OpenTelementary.
  • Understanding of Software Engineering practises would be an adavanatage but not essential
  • C# /.NET
  • Keen to learn industry leading TechOps, Devops, SRE tools & technologies.
