The role


The Solutions Consultant (SC) is a highly involved position that carries out various responsibilities related to client management, support for Civica Asset Team products, and the delivery of professional services.

In this role, the SC focuses on nurturing relationships with existing clients, prioritizing their support needs, and driving the expansion of our product portfolio to achieve revenue targets.

They also offer professional services consultancy, including conducting group training sessions either on-site or through online tools. Furthermore, the SC actively participates in L1 Telephone/Desktop support for our current customer base.


Additionally, they contribute to the implementation of our products for new customers in the local and state government sectors, playing a vital role in facilitating a seamless onboarding experience.

Lastly, the SC collaborates with other team members to ensure the successful completion of projects and the continuous enhancement of our products.

This role will require frequent travel to customer sites.
