As a Bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the smooth operation of our financial systems.

Maintain Financial Records:
Record day-to-day financial transactions including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments accurately and timely into the accounting system.
2.
Bank Reconciliation:
Reconcile bank statements and ensure discrepancies are resolved in a timely manner.
3.
Accounts Payable and Receivable:
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including issuing invoices, processing payments, and following up on outstanding balances.
4.
Payroll Processing:
Calculate and process payroll accurately, including deductions, taxes, and benefits.
5.
Financial Reporting:
Generate financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements on a regular basis.
6.
Budget Management:
Assist in preparing and monitoring budgets, ensuring expenditures are within allocated budgets.
7.
Audit Support:
Provide support during financial audits by preparing necessary documentation and responding to auditor inquiries.
8.
Compliance:
Ensure compliance with relevant accounting regulations and company policies.
Desirable Criteria:
1.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
2.
Proficiency in Accounting Software:
Demonstrated experience with accounting software such as Xero, or similar platforms.
3.
Attention to Detail:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
4.
Analytical Skills:
Ability to analyze financial data and identify discrepancies or trends.
5.
Organizational Skills:
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
6.
Communication Skills:
Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with colleagues and clients.
7.
Team Player:
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to team goals.
8.
Problem-Solving Skills:
Proven ability to solve problems independently and efficiently.
9.
Education:
A degree or certification in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred.
