About the company:

Our client is a large federal government agency focused on providing high quality mental health assessment and clinical counselling services.

They take pride on meeting client needs through a combination of proven clinical practices and new and emerging evidence-based approaches.

Reporting to the Assistant Director, you will work with a professional team who are all dedicated to making a different in the lives of their clients.

About the role:

Working in a contact centre, you will be providing high quality first point of contact customer service to individuals and their families requiring counselling and/or case management support.
Triaging and coordinating intakes and referrals Scheduling appointments for oneonone appointments or group counselling.
Escalating cases complex or highrisk cases where relevant.
Liaising and forming partnerships with other departments and organisations and community health and welfare agencies.

About you:

You will have current registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Registration Agency (AHPRA) or Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW)
You will have Working with Children (WWC) and/or Vulnerable People Checks/Clearance (Blue Card) ideally, or have it granted before commencing the role.
Experience in a similar clinical role
A passion for clinical psychology and social work to support mental health initiatives.

18 month fixed term contract you will be employed directly by the client, and you will have access to sick pay and holiday pay
Full time (9day fortnight) on a 24/7 roster system please note you will need to have flexibility to work evenings, overnights and weekends.
Brisbane CBD location + hybrid working from home

- $93,976 to $106,713 per annum + penalty rates working evening, overnights, weekends and public holidays
