Position Summary:

Sales/Fitness Manager UNI-FIT Gym - reporting to the Club Operations Manager is a hands-on role and has overall responsibility for new member acquisition, Fitness offering & integration, and member retention strategies, campaigns to drive the achievement of monthly and yearly sales, retention targets in line with business objectives for the club.


What you will be doing:


  • Increase the revenue of the business through the achievement of membership targets and own and drive their business through effective database management, converting this data into new member joiners.
  • Lead and manage a small team of consultants and personal trainers.
  • Clearly define both businesstoconsumer and businesstobusiness sales strategies and align them to overall business strategy.
  • Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
  • Plan weekly, and monthly meetings for development and training.
  • Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge of all available fitness products in the club.
  • Drive new member integration experience by prescribing relevant club products and services and monitoring new member visits.
  • Maintain strong relationships with new and existing members to increase membership referrals.

  • Manage all pending cancellations, ensuring each one is contacted and save tools are worked through to keep the member.

About you:


  • Certificate 3 or 4 in fitness desirable but not essential
  • 2+ years' experience managing sales and fitness teams.
  • 2+ years of previous experience in a customerfacing environment.
  • Experience with B2B and B2C selling.
  • Has successfully implemented sales and retention processes is beneficial.
  • Passionate about people and the fitness industry
  • Confident in communicating with all members and employees in a professional, calm manner.
  • Strong PC skills including MS Excel, and Word required.

Up to $65,000.00 per year
