Join our Disability/Mental Health Professional Learning Team as a learning specialist - the Professional Learning Facilitator will design, facilitate, and deliver professional learning in order to develop the capability of our disability and mental health workforce.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver facilitated learning in person and virtually, and contribute to the codesign of learning materials with our front line teams
Understand and implement evidence informed learning practice in all professional development solutions
Prepare learning materials with a 'best fit' approach to method of delivery
Actively contribute to relevant professional learning projects and initiatives in partnership with internal and external stakeholders

Skills & Experience

Strong experience in delivering interactive, engaging and effective learning solutions
Strong relationship focus and ability to lead codesign processes with varied stakeholders
Demonstrated experience in facilitating learning and codesign solutions
A strong interest in the disability and mental health sectors where you are motivated by making a difference
To be considered for and appointed to a position at Life Without Barriers, you must be fully vaccinated against COVID19 or hold a valid medical exemption certificate. You will be required to provide evidence of your vaccination status during the recruitment process_
