The Opportunity

Responsibilities

  • Execute all assigned goals as defined in the annual Marketing Plan
  • Coordinate Website updates and improvements including SEO activities, CMS management and form integration, coordination of thirdparty developers when required. This includes scoping, testing, troubleshooting and compliance activities.
  • Marketing lead for Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud (SFMC), ensuring "Optout" requests are actioned, data capture uses defined data specifications and work within the overall CRM architecture, automated journeys flows are implemented, act as a key Marketing stakeholder for Salesforce projects, ensuring maintenance and compliance work is carried out on the platform. Also utilisation of Salesforce for communications.
  • Development of the Online Parts Counter eCommerce system, including integration to Dealer Management Systems and the Product Information Management System (PIMS), development, UX and enhancements, discovery and platform migration, updates, data and Privileges pricing population and mapping, testing and compliance
  • Manage the customer loyalty platform, supporting the vendor by providing the required data inputs and compiling and sharing reports.
  • Support the customer loyalty program from endtoend, including coupon file creation, customer communications, claims process, dealer troubleshooting, loyalty incentives and enhancements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enrich customer data to improve quality and accuracy. Develop usage of database to include data segmentation and improved targeting to optimise campaigns.
  • Manage the Dealer Collateral and Merchandise websites, with a view to implementing a B2C retail website for all PACCAR Parts retail apparel and lifestyle accessories.
  • Develop an understanding of best digital and marketing practices within the PACCAR global Marketing teams. Propose and implement approved improvements.
  • Assistance in digital marketing (Facebook, Google & Publisher channels), collateral and content creation where required.
  • Ensure adherence to Marketing Plan and Brand Guidelines.
  • Assist other team members in use of Digital Platforms, such as Canto, Salesforce CRM, GoTo Webinar and Eventzilla.
  • Support the team as required to ensure all Marketing goals are achieved and ensure adherence to all company policies and quality procedures.
