What does the job look like?

Our Queensland Intermodal business is on a thrilling path of growth and investment, and we're seeking a dynamic Administration Manager to join our team Based in Brisbane, at our Acacia Ridge location, you'll helm a talented team of administrators and customer service coordinators, ensuring seamless order fulfillment and exceptional service delivery across our Queensland Intermodal Road/Rail networks


Key areas:

  • Lead and develop a crossfunctional team, fostering a customercentric culture and driving efficiency in order processing.
  • Ensure precise cost management and subcontractor payments, along with accurate customer invoicing.
  • Drive administrative innovation and support organic growth through seamless integration of new customers.
  • Deliver detailed financial and operational insights to enhance clarity and drive strategic decisions.
  • Champion change and streamline processes for maximum efficiency and standardization.
  • Forge strong partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders to deliver superior service offerings.

  • Adept in stakeholder engagement, skilled at building strong relationships across all levels.
  • Proficient in financial management and adept at optimizing data accuracy and efficiency.
  • Processdriven, analytical, and techsavvy, with advanced computer literacy across various systems.
  • Selfmotivated, with a passion for achieving daily goals and embracing innovative practices to overcome challenges.
  • Transport industry experience with strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Knowledge of TMS & related systems desirable
