About the Position:

About Smiles Chatswood is a modern 8 chair fast paced cosmetic focused practice with state of the art technology.

We are currently searching for an experienced Dental Receptionist to join our supportive and dynamic team on a part time basis, including 2 Saturdays per month.

We provided ongoing training and development to support your career growth.

At it's core, this role is about:

Delivering exceptional care
patients always come first, especially when we are working with children
Patient management; answering phone enquiries, booking & confirming appointments and taking payments
Proactively helping keep us running working closely with practitioners and the wider practice team to make sure things are running smoothly

What do you need to succeed ?

Experience as a Dental receptionist you may have Cert III or IV in Dental Assisting, but most importantly be capable of working closely with a team and a willingness to continue to learn
A bright, engaging personality, with enthusiasm and commitment
A team player. You will help us deliver the best patient care whilst working with our talented dentists delivering quality dental solutions and fantastic value
