    Sydney Description Working on our core product Growth OS and focusing on some key initiatives in our roadmap, you will have a lot of opportunity for impact as we are still early stages of our product but with strong customer growth.

    You will work in a cross-functional squad with a focus on driving strong Front-End engineering practices and collaborate with a team of Mid, Senior, and Principal engineers.

    Our tech stack is React, , Python, SQL, dbt, Dagster, GCP.
    This role is based in Sydney with a hybrid work environment.

    The role Our Software engineers are here to build, design, upgrade and maintain stable, secure, scalable software architecture and code that creates value for Mutinex and its customers.


    In this role, you will be responsible for:
    Leading the charge on delivering high-quality features for Growth OS
    Driving the shift to modern reusable component library
    Building new and uplifting existing front-end practices within Mutinex Engineering
    Improving team's iteration speed through automation and tooling specific to front-end

    While the primary focus is front-end, you'll be expected to contribute to our APIs when it's required for feature delivery.

    What will the first 30-90 days look like First 30 days: Start by becoming familiar with the company, the product and your team and start to contribute code.

    First 60 days - You are starting to identify opportunities to improve and evolve the code, voicing your ideas and moving towards making impact.

    First 90 days - You are now maximum impact in terms of team contribution from a technical, team, and idea generation perspective.

    How success will be measured Writing quality code that increases our ability to deliver features while uplifting the quality of the front-end codebase.

    What we are looking for Ideally, you've had at least 4 years of Software Engineering experience in a startup or similar environment.

    We expect Senior Engineers to have exposure across a broad product engineering cycle with expertise/depth of knowledge in 1-2 areas.

    The ability to mentor and knowledge share with your peers is also a key requirement, we want our Seniors to love making others around them better too.

    Experience with our tech stack is a bonus (with focus on React and ) but if you have worked in early-stage startups and understand and love this type of environment with different tech stacks, we'd still love to talk.
