Hello thereOur Design team at Ansarada is looking for a Frontend Engineer AKA Design Engineer.
Our products and features are built with our Design System, and you can help make an awesome product experience.
You will work with product and business stakeholders to deliver meaningful outcomes.
You will help influence quality outcomes in front-end engineering across the organisation.
There's so much to do as we continually grow the maturity of our craft at Ansarada.

Why we need you...We need someone who gets the length and breadth of Frontend engineering in the context of design systems and thinking.

You are comfortable aligning your work with commercial and customer metrics.
You are collaborative and believe that product is a team sport.
You are confident in making design decisions and an advocate for good design.
Your primary responsibilities Design and build interface components in line with product roadmaps.
Design and build prototypes in line with customer development roadmaps.
Maintain quality standards in the component library to meet requirements.
Participate and help influence outcomes in our Frontend collective.

How you'll make a difference...Design Engineers at Ansarada work directly with our Chief Design Officer and ensure our Design System serves the needs of product and go-to-market teams.

Design Engineers build and own the library of components which is at the heart of our Design System.
Design Engineers use these components to collaboratively build prototypes that support the customer development process.
Design Engineers also work alongside product teams to provide support as needed.
Our goal and commitment to customers is that we help bring order to the chaos faced by their organisations.
You'll make a difference by understanding customers and connecting your work to strategy.
You will work with key stakeholders to connect your work to the customer.
You'll own front-end engineering projects for the design system and will be accountable for measurable outcomes.
You will influence best practices in the team to raise the standard of design and engineering.
You will be proactive in growing your own craft and developing practices.
Your solutions will be led by data and information to reduce friction across the customer journey.
Experience in these areas is essential to the role Functional Programming Front End HTML5 (HTML/CSS/JS)

React Flow JS/Typescript Node / NPMSource Control Systems (Git)HTTP and Rest Experience in these areas would help you make a bigger impact Software Semantic Versioning Backend Skills:
