The Student Help Advisor plays a vital role in various administrative tasks, ensuring top-notch service for student inquiries and prioritizing the student experience above all else. This position also promotes ongoing enhancements in service quality and processes.

Who You Are:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification with relevant experience or equivalent competencies.
  • Proven track record in customer service and advising stakeholders on complex matters.
  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with diverse groups.
  • Ability to interpret policies accurately and provide resolutions.
  • Capacity to work efficiently with attention to detail.
  • Team player with adaptability and networking skills.
  • Aligned with UNSW's values and policies.
  • Understanding of health & safety responsibilities.

Special Requirements:

  • Availability during the Christmas/New Year period.
  • Potential weekend and after-hours shifts.
