The Role
Reporting to the Administration Manager, The Executive & Administration Coordinator is a pivotal role with responsibility for organisational administrative functions and is the public facing role of The Alfred Foundation.
Specifically, the role provides executive support to The Alfred Foundation's directors, runs reception (including greeting all visitors and answering the phone) and oversees the administrative functions for The Alfred Foundation.
The role is also responsible for providing support for fundraising and communications functions including event support, corresponding with donors and liaising with suppliers.
Skills
A minimum of three years' experience in a similar role with experience in providing administrative support is essential. Excceptional interpersonal and customer service skills combined with a professional amd mature disposition are critical in this position. You will be able to manage multiple tasks at once, prioritise your timeand remain calm under pressure.
Extensive experience with software packages such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel and a high degree of comfort with technology generally is required.
