The Library is seeking to fill an ongoing
Administration Officer, Public Programs, APS3 role in the Community Engagement Section of the Engagement Branch.


You will assist in the delivery of venue hire programs with external organisations and internal stakeholders, assist in the delivery of events and public programs activities, and provide administrative support to the Public Programs team.

Out of hours work is required to support Library events and activities. The Library offers flexible working hours to support these requirements.


WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking a self-starter who is organised, demonstrates good judgement, and is experienced in relationship management.
