Turner & Townsend is looking for a professional and approachable Team Administrator to support both our national Real Estate Advisory team and the Melbourne Office.

You will work in a friendly, professional, and supportive environment that is highly client focused and delivers quality consulting services to organisations that own and operate assets.

Within the Melbourne Office, the role will support the effective operations of the office across all teams in the hub.


Some duties for the role is:

  • Collaborate with project managers to monitor monthly budget and forecast, and make recommendations and adjustments as required.
  • Project Administration duties.
  • Financial reporting including budgets, project forecasts, review and analyst.
  • Tender/bid support and preparation.
  • General administration tasks.
  • End of month invoicing and reporting.
  • Processing supplier invoices.
  • Client liaising.
  • Expense claim preparation/submission

Qualifications

  • Currently in Australia with full Australian Working Rights
  • Business administration/management qualification or relevant experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with D365, Teams and Sharepoint would be an advantage
  • Proactive approach with the ability to drive compliance requirements of the team
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Enthusiastic, ability to work autonomously and strong problem solving skills
