With over 30 stunning stores nationally and growing, this colourful and vibrant women's fashion brand is looking for it's newest star Store Manager.


Drawing inspiration from art and homewares, this Fashion Lifestyle brand's current collections focus on making everyday wardrobe choices simple through the injection of beautiful colours, stunning prints, layering pieces and easy wearing designs.

Styling your clients has never been so fun

A fantastic opportunity has presented itself at one of their most exciting and highest performing stores in Moorabbin.

This is an active hands on role covering all areas of retail.

The successful applicant will take lead of the store and team and be responsible for all aspects of the business to ensure sales budgets and store KPI's are exceeded.


These include:

  • Mentoring, managing and developing team members
  • Developing a collaborative, fun, results driven team environment
  • Creating visual merchandising and managing inventory
  • Setting monthly rosters and managing staffing requirements
  • Ensuring implementation of company policies
  • Participating in recruitment and hiring of team members

About you:

  • You will be highly motivated and have leading sales skills
  • You will be a strong team player and a natural leader
  • You will have previous store management experience in retail, preferably in women's fashion
  • Possess a deep understanding of the retail industry
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Be a motivating leader, a team player and have a natural ability to motivate staff to generate sales
  • You will have great knowledge of stock inventory and replenishment, as well as stock ordering
  • You will be required to effectively liaise with Head Office and the planning team to order new stock. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of this store and its stock levels and work alongside the planning team.
