$86,960 to $100,098 per annum plus 17% superannuation

Terms:2 x Full Time, Fixed-term (up to 24 months)

Position overview:


The ANU Centre for Learning and Teaching (CLT) provides expert advice and support in delivering innovative learning and teaching services through collaborative partnerships across the University.

CLT is a service division and has a strong orientation to stakeholder collaboration and the provision of high-quality services to the ANU education community.

The University is embarking on a significant program of digital transformation aligned to a new learning and teaching strategy.

The Education Design team contributes to the University's strategy for learning and teaching by providing educational design expertise through collaborations with teaching staff across the University.

The team is responsible for partnerships with the colleges to facilitate the redesign of courses to promote interactive, student-centred, research-led teaching and learning.


Reporting to the Senior Education Designer in the Education Design team, the position works in close collaboration with other teams within CLT, IT Services Division, academic staff and college-based educational support staff.

While this role sits centrally, the position may also work locally with college leaders, course convenors and educational support staff within the colleges to assist with the development of programs and courses in a number of modalities - including online, blended and face-to-face, and also informally with a network of similar professionals across the University.
