Description:


Administrative requests may include, but are not limited to:
Answer and direct telephone calls in a professional, timely and efficient manner
Warmly greet and welcome clients, offering tea and coffee as required
Collect and distribute incoming mail and handle outgoing mail on a daily basis
Book and oversee meeting rooms, including arranging catering and maintaining cleanliness after meetings
Organise and update the calendar of internal staff events, including weekly staff lunches, monthly diversity lunches, end of financial year activities and end of year dinners
Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to support client events held onsite, including organising catering and boardroom lunches, as well as assisting with charity events
Provide support to the Administrator for stationery orders, courier bookings and kitchen cleanliness
Assist the IT Administrator with staff relocations and meeting room equipment
Work alongside the HR Administrator to maintain the company's Reconciliation Action Plan
Manage the distribution of credit cards, ensuring accurate updates in the corresponding spreadsheet
Perform general administrative tasks such as photocopying, typing, binding and other ad hoc requests
Provide administrative assistance across all areas of the business as required.


Skills and Experiences:

At least 2 years' experience in a similar position is required
Sound knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professional telephone etiquette and customer service skills
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Proactive and able to work both independently and collaboratively
