About the role:

Quality Education Division (QED) supports learning and development for People Development Command (PDC) by providing advice and support in the delivery of quality educational products and maintaining the quality and compliance of all PDC educational programs including nationally recognised qualifications on the scope of registration of the Victoria Police Registered Training Organisation

The successful applicant will support the Divisional Superintendent and Divisional Leadership Team in all aspects of administrative support to enable the delivery of quality education programs.

The successful applicant will report directly to the Divisional Superintendent and there is provision for an office to work from.

Your duties will include:


  • Maintain divisional level recreation leave records.
  • Prepare agendas, action items registers and record minutes at divisional level meetings.
  • Receive record and distribute file records and mail.
  • Support divisional managers during budget build and rephrasing cycles.
  • Maintain stationery requirements and repurchase where necessary.
  • Manage divisional level PBEAs.
  • Maintain divisional level welfare registers.

As the successful applicant, you will have:

  • Data entry experience using MS Forms.
  • Computing skills to effectively record and store administrative records.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Capability to maintain confidentiality whilst working with sensitive information.
  • Capability to work autonomously once tasked.

Requirements and relevant information:


  • One (1) x fulltime, ongoing position available.
  • This position is located at Victoria Police Academy, 1 View Mount Road, Glen Waverley.
  • Applicants must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or hold a valid work permit or visa.
