Are you an experienced Site Mobilisation Administrator who is looking for a change of scenery?


About The Role:

This role is part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment,

  • Organising preemployment medicals, training, flights, accommodation, and rosters
  • Compile, administer and process all paperwork and coordinate and site entry
  • Maintain and implement training and resource schedules
  • Navigate client specific mobilisation portals
  • Raising purchase orders in line with mobilisation requirements
  • Liaise with internal/external clients and project staff
  • Supporting other mobilisation requirements as needed

To be successful, you MUST have the following:


  • Proven site mobilisation experience (Rio Tinto, FMG, BHP and Roy Hill) is essential:
  • Minimum of 12 years' experience in a similar role within the resources sector
  • Experience using training, mobilisation and planning software (ERMS, SuccessFactors, INX)
  • Proficient in all areas of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Highly organised and able to multitask multiple requirements and timeframes
  • Able to take direction and use initiative to complete tasks and communicate solutions
  • Current Police clearance
  • Able to pass a preemployment medical
