We are seeking an Analyst to join our Healthcare & Social Infrastructure team in Melbourne.

You will support the Capital Markets team in preparing high quality financial modelling, drafting related content for marketing information, and providing market intelligence through relationships, internally and externally.


About the role:


  • Provide analysis of opportunities and recommendations as to how to approach based on client request
  • Property financial modelling
  • Support client relationship management and business development activities.
  • Liaise with CBRE marketing, research and mapping teams to procure documents and presentations as required
  • Assist with preparation of marketing material for campaigns
  • Source, analyse and present data through presentations.
  • Conducting property inspections for prospective buyers and tenants

About you:


  • Tertiary qualification in a Property, Finance or Commerce related discipline is preferred, but not essential
  • Excellent knowledge of the property industry
  • Strong team attitude with a willingness to work proactively and closely with team members
  • Strong excel and modelling skills, analytical, methodical, and organised mindset.
  • Career minded, client focused and committed to delivery.
  • Demonstrable confidence and maturity in communication and have the ability to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
