The College Community


Having commenced in 2017 with 86 students across Kindergarten to Year 6, St Luke's at Marsden Park is a next generation learning community within the Catholic Education Diocese of Parramatta (CEDP).

As a 'next generation Catholic Learning Community' we are designing and establishing the 'new normal' for preschool to post school learning in an environment characterised by a flexible, stage based curriculum which nurtures and grows faith-filled, curious children to become creative contributors and innovative problem solvers for a changing world.

In 2023 we will enrol 1650+ students from Kindergarten to Year 12 in addition to 77 children per day in our long day centre.


The Position


The Catholic Education Diocese of Parramatta is seeking an Administration Officer to support the business and clerical requirements of the school.


The Administration Officer Level 4 is accountable for:

  • Desktop publishing skills are a necessary component of this role.
  • Knowledge of Compass Management system an advantage, but not required
  • Undertaking reception and general office duties; including checking licenses of onsite contractors when they sign in;
  • Attending to students in sick bay (must have first aid certificate or willing to obtain one);
  • Responding to enquiries from students, parents, employees, and the general public;
  • Assisting within the smooth operation of the school office;
  • Assisting with administrative support to school executive;
  • Word processing of routine correspondence, including internal and external publications, teacher programs and teaching aids;
  • Assisting with the preparation of internal and external publications including school websites, newsletters and other media;
  • Providing assistance in various financial management tasks, eg, assisting with the collection of school fees;
  • Assisting with the coordination of catering for school functions and events;
  • Assisting with maintaining school Assets Register;
  • Any job at the discretion of the principal or delegate.
