About the role:

This pivotal role will see you shape the marketing strategy, building the brand, and optimising occupancy. You will lead a dynamic team and collaborate extensively
across the business to ensure seamless integration of marketing efforts into the broader business strategy.

From crafting compelling marketing campaigns to influencing strategic decision-making, your role will drive our organisation toward sustained success


About you:


To be considered, you will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree highly regarded
  • Proven track record of at least 810 years in senior marketing roles, preferably within the healthcare, senior living, or related industries
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive growth, sales, and customer engagement
  • Strong leadership skills to inspire, mentor, and lead a diverse marketing team, fostering collaboration and innovation
  • Strong experience in utilising datadriven insights for decisionmaking and optimising marketing campaigns
  • Indepth knowledge of both traditional and digital marketing channels, including social media, content marketing, and paid advertising
  • Experience in managing agency relationships and external partnerships for successful campaign execution
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, marketing automation, and data analytics tools
  • Proven ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams and engage with key stakeholders and leadership
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strategic thinking, problemsolving acumen, and adaptability in a dynamic industry landscape
  • A current driver's licence and commitment to occasional travel including interstate
