About the role:

This pivotal role will see you shape the marketing strategy, building the brand, and optimising occupancy. You will lead a dynamic team and collaborate extensively
across the business to ensure seamless integration of marketing efforts into the broader business strategy.

From crafting compelling marketing campaigns to influencing strategic decision-making, your role will drive our organisation toward sustained success

About you:

To be considered, you will have:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree highly regarded
Proven track record of at least 810 years in senior marketing roles, preferably within the healthcare, senior living, or related industries
Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive growth, sales, and customer engagement
Strong leadership skills to inspire, mentor, and lead a diverse marketing team, fostering collaboration and innovation
Strong experience in utilising datadriven insights for decisionmaking and optimising marketing campaigns
Indepth knowledge of both traditional and digital marketing channels, including social media, content marketing, and paid advertising
Experience in managing agency relationships and external partnerships for successful campaign execution
Proficiency in CRM systems, marketing automation, and data analytics tools
Proven ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams and engage with key stakeholders and leadership
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Strategic thinking, problemsolving acumen, and adaptability in a dynamic industry landscape
A current driver's licence and commitment to occasional travel including interstate
