The Gig
As a UI Designer, you'll shape the direction of our products, turning insights into innovative, transformative experiences.

We understand that delivering positive user experiences is one of the key measures of digital maturity and is therefore at the heart of our business.

We know that all good digital experiences are the result of delightful user centric designs and intuitive concepts which guide users to quickly and simply fulfil a specific need in a highly engaging way.

(Some of) the responsibilities:


  • Work closely with product managers, engineers, growth specialists, and business stakeholders to distil user insights, business requirements, and development needs.
  • Plan and implement new web and app user interface designs.
  • Optimise existing user interface designs.
  • Move through sketching, wireframing, prototyping, and UI design with an emphasis on an iterative, collaborative design process.
  • Take wireframes and concept designs through to finalised UI design to deliver delightful, functional product interfaces.
  • Help to embed and drive the brand identity throughout our products.
  • Ensure the maintenance and improvement of our design language.

About You

Experience you'll bring:

  • 3+ years of design experience
  • Demonstrable experience delivering positive results within a fastmoving environment
  • A folio of work demonstrating a track record of delivering highquality user interface designs.
  • Previous experience using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
  • The ability to deliver crossplatform design, including working knowledge of responsive design and grid principles, and experience designing for mobile with strong understanding of Apple's Human Interface Guidelines & Google's Material Design Guidelines
  • Strong typography, layout, and visual design skills
  • Proficiency in design libraries, style guides, sitemaps, user flows, wireframes, lofi and hifi outputs, and visual prototypes
