Our client is seeking to engage a Sales Associate on a Permanent, Full time basis.

MAIN DUTIES:


  • Provide customer service and sales support for residential sales for Denman Prospect in conjunction with other members of the Sales Team. This includes taking initial customer enquiries, following up leads, attending to customers when they arrive at the sales suite and generating sales reports.
  • Administration tasks include entering sales data into the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, updating sales boards and collateral, processing sales contracts, and basic housekeeping of the sale suite/s.
  • Liaise and build relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders regarding the status of sales and providing updates for partner builders. Ensure all lead information is logged in the CRM and followed up to ensure team members are informed of the progress.
  • Any other ad hoc duties as directed by the Senior Sales & Marketing Manager.

ATTRIBUTES:


  • This position requires a motivated team player who is passionate about sales and has the necessary skills to administer residential purchases (land and property).
  • The individual will need to be flexible and able to work with diverse personalities and engage with customers and key stakeholders
  • They will need to be able to build solid relationships both internally and externally whilst following the Capital Estate Development values.
  • They will be a friendly, helpful and enthusiastic team member, who will use their exceptional people skills to build ethical relationships with future and existing buyers.

ESSENTIALS:


  • Experience in a customer service environment
  • Experience in office administration, preferably in land and/or property sales.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook suite
  • Intermediate level
  • Proficient in using Salesforce or a similar Customer Relationship Management system
  • Professional and well presented corporate image
  • Current driver's license
