About the role


Bring your administration skills to a diverse role and help us deliver world-leading sustainment and support to the Royal Australian Navy's ANZAC vessels Based in Henderson or Rockingham, this role will see you provide on-site administration support to the project team to ensure project objectives are met.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Monitor and control Task Progress Completion Certificates;
  • Goods receipting in SAP;
  • Liaise with subcontractors for security/access requirements;
  • Prepare documentation to ensure progress invoices and contractual claims are substantiated and submitted accurately and on time;
  • Provide administration services such as maintaining project registers as required;
  • Advise subcontractors of task completion / acceptance and request invoice;
  • Distributing project communications;
  • Coordinating project meetings and minute taking.

As a dedicated administration professional, you will pride yourself on your ability to effectively manage and meet multiple, shifting priorities within the business.

Your excellent interpersonal skills will see you build strong working relationships with multiple stakeholders at various levels. You thrive in a complex setting and deliver exceptional service at every interaction.

With a passion the Defence industry you will also possess:


  • Australian Citizen with Defence security clearance (or the ability to obtain)
  • Previous experience in a similar role;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Word and Excel
  • Knowledge of accounting and purchasing/ process/ systems (SAP or other similar systems)
  • Previous experience working within the Defence industry.
