The company
Launch is excited to be working with one of Victoria's leading government departments. We are looking for an API Developer to join their team.

The Role
***Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Lead the design, coding, testing, debugging, configuring and documentation of new software projects
Design, build and use DevOps processes in Azure cloud infrastructure, including the use of deployment and test automation to manage software releases
Perform full stack software development, including database, API and front end web development
Present ideas for system improvements in line with strategic roadmap
Collaborate with architects, project managers, business analysts etc to ensure solutions are efficient, consistent and fulfil business requirements

About You

To be successful you will need:

Strong development background in.

Net, C#. Entity Framework Core, SQL and NoSQL Databases, REST APIs

Experience in cloud infrastructure
Experience in CI/CD strategies and software, particularly Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions (or similar)
Experience in Spark or other Python data manipulation libraries
Familiarity with big data storage formats
